Close to the train station and easy to find. A nice reception area. The room included a small kitchen, which was a surprise. Lovely high ceiling with timber beams gave a sense of space to the room. Walk to downtown and historical sites is about 20 minutes. Staff pleasant and generally helpful.

Spacious, clean room with a balcony, just across the train station. City center is 10-15 minutes walk, easily reachable. To us the neighborhood was not scary as some people claim here. Sure, there are girls doing "business" on the streets at night but nothing dangerous at all. Staff is super kind, our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, but they were super flexible with the check-in time. Also let us leave our luggage there after checking out.

The property was very clean and in a great location for trains, busses and tram. There was a kitchenette in the room which was very useful. It felt secure.

There was no included breakfast; we provided our own by going to the grocery store and having a communal breakfast in the smoking area. None of us smoked, by the way. The staff were wonderful, and the place was spotless. Needs some maintenance, especially the fixtures around the shower, etc.

It was air conditioned and very clean. The decoration was inviting and very cosy. The rooms were very well organised and cleaned, the facilities were perfect in making it a cosy and functional space. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and very welcoming and the location is perfect if you are planning to go to Palermo airport. Right next to the train station and close access to shops and restaurants.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a large bright room. The hotel was not too far away to walk to the historic quarter & was very convenient for the airport shuttle.

This hotel was a special gem. It is no frills but the whole team makes you feel like family. Guenda welcomed us with a warm smile and was so helpful in providing restaurant and market recommendations and they were top notch for foodies like us! She also arranged for a Vespa rental so we could easily get around the coastline. The other ladies were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you to the whole team!

Great location with reasonable rates if you need a quiet place close to the main train and bus terminal for a quick getaway in the morning to the airport. Tip: Do not let the drab decor and linoleum floors of the modest trattoria next door deter you from eating there-people posted rave revues about that little place online. A great way to end a great vacation.

Very close to the train station. The young women at the reception were very kind and helpful. One of them recommended us to go to MonReale (about 20 km from Palermo) to see the cathedral. So we did the next day, and it was the highlight of our one-week stay in Sicily. Thank you for the very good advice :-).
